Ensure that the plus (+) and minus () ends of the batteries
are facing correctly when you load them.

The symptoms listed below indicate that battery power
is getting low. Replace batteries as soon as possible
after any one of these symptoms occurs. Regular battery
replacement is recommended.

Using the Clock for the First Time
1.Load•batteries.(Refer•to“Replacing •Ba tte rie s. )
Open•thebattery•cover•on•the•backofthe• clo ckand•correctly•
load•batteriesensuring•th attheirplus •(+ )andminus(–)• end sof•the•
batteries•are •fa cin gcorrectly.
•• Loading•batterieswill•causethe•hands•ofthe•clock•to•
startchangingautomaticallyuntilthey•reach•12:0000•
(hour:minute:second).
•• The•hands•always•moveclockwise.•Theyd onotmove•
counterclockwise.•
2.Pressthe•resetbutton•on•the•backofthe• clo ck.•(Reset•Op era tio n)
•• Afterthe•resetoperation•iscomplete,•clo sethe•batterycover.
•• When•thehandsstop•at•12:0000pressthetime•adjustment•
end•button.This•willcausethehandstos tar tnormal•
