3. Replace the battery pack cover ( ) as shown in the illustration.
4. Press down on the battery pack cover so that it is securely closed.
5. Return the left and right battery pack cover lock switches to the “LOCK” position ( ).
Precautions for Use
• Do not use any battery packs other than the specifi ed one.
• The battery pack has a limited service life. Depending on the way the battery pack is
charged, its degradation may accelerate or its capacity be reduced so that it cannot
be used for as long. If charging the battery pack does not restore its full functionality,
this indicates that it has reached the end of its life and should be replaced with a new
battery pack of the specifi ed type.
