Recording Images
Dramatic Slow can be used during movie recording to switch to slow motion recording
for a specific period. You can highlight specific portions of a movie by recording them
in slow motion.
1. Select “Dramatic Slow Motion” for the recording mode.
This will cause the [STATUS] lamp to light amber.
2. Touch “SET”.
3. Touch an item and then change its setting.
4. When the settings are the way you want, touch “OK”.
5. Point the camera at the subject.

Slow Motion Time
Specifies the length of slow motion recording once it is
started.
Short, Normal, Long
Slow Motion
Operation
Specifies when [r/SLOW] will be pressed to record
some action using slow motion.
Pre-Action
[r/SLOW] is pressed before the action starts, so slow
motion recording starts and records the action in real time.
Action
Slow motion recording of the action before [r/SLOW] is
pressed is stored, followed by new real-time slow motion
recording.
Post-Action
[r/SLOW] is pressed after the action is finished, but pre-
recorded images of the action become slow motion.
