Push to Talk
Using the menu on the PTT Contacts screen
The following menu is available on the PTT Contacts screen.
Touch the Menu key M to access the following options:
Add contact: See “Adding a new PTT contact” on page 108.
Temp group: Allows you to temporarily select multiple PTT
contacts to place a temporary group call. A temporary group call
automatically connects to the temporary group recipients. The
recipients cannot ignore the call.
Display options: Allows you to display all contacts, or only contacts
with Do Not Disturb set, on the PTT Contacts screen. Also allows
you to sort the list by name or presence status.
PTT off (PTT on): Turns PTT off or on.
Search: See “Searching for PTT contacts and PTT groups” on page
115.

Touch the Menu key M > More to access the following options:
Set Do Not Disturb: Opens a dialog where you can set Do Not
Disturb on or off by checking or unchecking contacts in the PTT
contacts list.
Settings: See “Changing Push to Talk settings” on page 115.
Using the menu on the PTT contact details screen
The following menu is available on the PTT contact details screen.
Touch the Menu key M to access the following options:
Edit: Allows you to edit this contact. (Not applicable for an
enterprise PTT contact)
Export: Exports this PTT contact to your phone Contacts.
Do Not Disturb on (Do Not Disturb off): Turns Do Not Disturb on
or off.
Delete: Deletes this contact. (Not applicable for an enterprise PTT
contact)
