pMaxLength
This parameter is for retrieving the maximum number of digits. See

pCheckDigit
This parameter is for retrieving the check digit. See OBRSetWPCAddonOptionEx

Return Values
OBR_OK : Normal end
OBR_NOT_DEVICE : Scanner driver error. In the Device Emulator, this value is not returned.
FUNCTION_UNSUPPORT : Unsupported error
