This can allow the operator to specify the quality (compression ratio) of an image in JPEG.
Setting the JPEG compression ratio of the DirectShow is as follows.
SetQuality(SetValue)
Values to set are as follows.
0
: High compression ratio
1
: Middle compression ratio
2
: Low compression ratio
