Installing the FOMA Communication Setting File
(Drivers)
The following procedure explains how to install the FOMA communication setting file (drivers).
d Before installing the FOMA communication setting file, make sure to quit any Windows software
running on your computer.*
d When installing FOMA communication setting file, be sure to log on as Administrator. If you attempt to
install the file with another account, an error may occur. Contact your PC's manufacturer or Microsoft
for information on how to set Administrator privileges on your PC.
d Install the FOMA communication setting file only when connecting to the PC using the FOMA USB
Cable with Charge Function 02.
*：Quit any Windows software, including anti-virus, that resides on the task bar.
To close software that resides on task bar, click an icon on the task bar and click " 閉じる" (Close) or
"終了" (Finish).

Upon confirming the user agreement, click "同意する" (Agree) of "CA-01C
通信設定ファイル（ドライバ）ダウンロード" (CA-01C communication
setting file (drivers) download) to agree it
■If the “ファイルのダウンロード−セキュリティの警告” (File Download - Security Warning)
screen appears
Click “保存” (Save)

Specify the destination to save, and download the file

Double-click the downloaded file "ca-01c_driver.exe", and click " 実行"
(Execute)
Follow the onscreen instruction to specify the destination to extract the file.

Read "ReadMe.txt" in the "ca-01c_driver" folder created at Step 4, and
double-click an installation file that is compatible with the in-use OS

When the User Account Control screen appears, click “はい” (Yes) for
Windows 7, and click “続行” (Continue) for Windows Vista
For Windows XP, the User Account Control screen is not displayed.

Click “ドライバインストール”
(Install driver)
Installation starts.
