u Activating Off Line
To activate when you have an Internet connection, but cannot access the
activation server
1. Perform steps 1 through 6 under “Activating On Line”.
• This displays the screen shown below.

2. Click [Download].
3. Save the Lock Code File.
4. Click the URL.
• This will start up your web browser and display the “The Issuing of the License File” page.
5. Upload the saved Lock Code File.
6. Download the License File.
