Using the Timer
1.
Press (E) to start the countdown.
The watch will perform an alert operation
when the end of the countdown is
reached.
●
Pressing (E) toggles the countdown
between pause and resume.

Press any button to stop the tone.
3.
Press (D) twice to return to the
Timekeeping Mode.

To stop
the timer and reset it to the start
time
1.
While a countdown operation is in
progress, press (E).
This stops the timer.
2.
Press (A).
This resets the timer to the start time.
Alarm
The watch performs an alert operation when
the alarm time is reached.
Getting ready
Perform this procedure in the Alarm Mode.
Use (D) to navigate to the Alarm Mode.

Configuring Alarm Settings
1.
Press (E)
to scroll through alarm numbers
([AL1] to [AL5]) until the number of the
alarm you want to configure is displayed.

Hold down the (A) button for about two
seconds.
[SET] will appear, followed by the current
alarm time with the hour digits flashing.

3.
Set the alarm time.
(D) button: Moves the flashing between
the hour and minute digits.
(B) and (E) buttons: Used to change the
currently selected digits (hour or minute).
4.
Press (A) to exit the setting screen.
5.
Press (D) to return to the Timekeeping
Mode.
Note
●
The alarm
indicator will be displayed
if any one of the alarms (from [AL1]
to [AL5]) is turned on.

Turning Off an Alarm
1.
Press (E)
to scroll through alarm numbers
until the number of the alarm you want to
configure is displayed.

Press (A).
This causes the second hand to move to
“OFF”.
3.
Press (D) to return to the Timekeeping
Mode.
Note
●
The on/off status of an alarm will be
indicated by the second hand
pointing to
the ON or OFF mark while
the alarm’s setting screen is
displayed in the Alarm Mode.
Stopping an Alarm
Pressing any button while the beeper is
sounding stops it.
