Stopwatch
The stopwatch can measure elapsed time up
to 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds.
It can also measure split times.
Getting ready
Perform this procedure in the Stopwatch
Mode. Use (D) to navigate to the Stopwatch
Mode.

While a split time is displayed, it
alternates on the dot display with
[SPL].
Timer
Use the Timer Mode to perform a countdown.
The watch will perform an alert operation
when the end of the countdown is reached.
Getting ready
Perform this procedure in the Timer Mode.
Use (D) to navigate to the Timer Mode.

Timer Mode
Setting the Timer Start Time
You cannot change the timer start time setting
while a countdown is in progress. To change
the start time, first stop the timer and reset to
the current start time.

To stop
the timer and reset it to the start time
1.
Hold down the (A) button for about two
seconds.
[SET] will appear and the hour digits will
flash.

Set the countdown start time.
(D) button: Moves the flashing between
the hours and minutes.
(B) and (E) buttons: Changes the flashing
hours or minutes digits.
Note
The timer start time can be set in one-
minute units up to 24 hours.
3.
Press (A) to exit the setting screen.
4.
Press (D) twice to return to the
Timekeeping Mode.
Note
●
Setting a time of [0:00] specifies a
countdown start time of 24 hours.
