User manual

Note
The initial factory default
summer time setting for all cities
(time zones) is “AT (AUTO)”.
With this setting, the watch
automatically switches between
summer time and standard time
as required. The “AT (AUTO)”
setting lets you use the watch
without worrying about
changing the summer time
setting.
When performing a manual
operation to select a time zone
for which there is no city name
displayed, use “STD” or “DST”
for the summer time setting.
In the cases described below,
receiving GPS position
information will automatically
cause “AT (AUTO)” to be
selected for the summer time
setting.
When the time zone of the
current receive operation is
different from the watch’s time
zone setting prior to the
receive operation.
When the time zone is
unchanged, but the acquired
position information is for a
geographic area with different
summer time rules (start date,
end date)
