Establishing a wireless LAN connection between the camera and a smartphone (or tablet

computer) enables the functions described below. This operation requires installation of the

EXILIM Link app on your smartphone. Search the EXILIM Link app on Google Play (Android)

or the App Store (iOS) and install it on your smartphone (or tablet computer).

Change SSID and password before using wireless LAN

When establishing a wireless connection between the camera and smartphone for the first

time, make sure to change the SSID and password as shown below. At the time of purchase,

the default SSID and password settings are the same for all models. Using this model

without changing the SSID and password may result in mistaken connections with other

devices in the same location as well as allow others access to private information such as

images.
