Display Auto Dimmer
The display auto dimmer automatically lowers display brightness if you do not perform
any operation for a specific amount of time. This helps to conserve battery power.
You can use the following procedure to specify the amount of that should be allowed to
pass before auto dimming is performed.
1. On the touch screen, tap the “Start” button and then tap “Settings” on the menu that
appears.
2. On the Control Panel, tap “Contrast & Brightness”.
3. On the dialog box that appears, tap the [Backlight] tab.
4. Next, follow the instructions that appear on the display to specify the auto dimmer
time.
