The remote control command specifies the general sweep mode for the
measurement. The sweep mode is used to set the RBW, Average and FFT
settings for each sub-sweep to specific values. When the sweep mode is set to
MANual then the sub-sweep settings may be speciifed.

'Sets the sweep mode such that each sub-sweep is executed as
fast as possible.
