5.4.8 Smart Configurations
Each channel configuration must specify an associated configuration
number for each smart channel card installed. When a system channel
configuration is run this information is then used to determine the correct
smart channel card configuration numbers. Smart cards can have up to
four configurations.

Note that only the port card positions actually installed with smart
channel cards are displayed and made available for modification.
If port 1 or Port 2 is fitted with a Dual LIU card DTE241 the config
requested should be ignored; these would be used if the ports were fitted
with, for example, a T1 Line access card.

5.4.9 Fixed Code Table
A Menu command allows the user to modify the fixed code table. There
are 16 codes available and these may be changed to suit operator
requirements for timeslot data and associated signalling data. When
configuring 'Fixedata' it is only necessary to select the code number.
