6.2.8 Equipment Type and Version Display
Equipment Version
This command displays the software version information for the system
controller. This is presented as the product code followed by the build
level.

This command displays the equipment type code used for the network
management system.

3000/3
In this case the 3200 must be installed as a 3000/3 node in the network
management system for the correct menus and faults to be displayed on
the controller. This will require the correct network management
'Application module' to be installed in the manager.
6.2.9 Manual A/B switching
A command 'Force a/b' is available which will only be relevant in the A/B
mode of operation. When this command is used, the currently active line
will become inactive and the inactive line will become active. If the
change-over occurs from a good line to a bad line, the card will
automatically change back after the hold delay period has expired. The
current position of the switch is displayed in the active fault log.
