The alarm inhibit function derives information from the equipment map,
and will warn the operator if an inhibit is attempted on a card that is not
installed (Non-installed cards are not monitored for faults).
Installing or removing a card from the equipment map will clear any
circuit inhibits set for that card.
6.1.5 Received Attention
Menu commands are available to enable the operator to clear the alarm
relay response of any currently active faults. Active faults are marked
with the 'Ocrd' (Occurred) status. When 'Received attention' is
implemented this will change to 'RxAt'.
