parameter reported in BH is determined by linearly scanning the raw
z-axis parameter reported by the touch system within the range defined
by the minimum and maximum z-axis pressure values.
If the touch system hardware does not support the z-axis, BH is set to 0
if z-axis scaling is disabled. If z-axis scaling is enabled, BH is set to the
minimum pressure value.
If the calibration mode is set to fixed or auto and the screen is touched
outside of the calibrated area, the coordinates of the point inside the
calibrated area closest to the location of the touch are reported.
