7. Wireless and Remote Access Setup (Wi--Fi Option, only)
The Infinityr Touch Control, when supplied with the Wi-- Fi option, may b e
accessed by consumers through the www.MyInfinity.Carrier.com
website, or by
dealers through www.HVACpartners.com
. The Infinity Touch Control connects to a
home Internet connection through an existing home Local Area Network (LAN).
An Infinityr Wireless Access Point is provided in the Infinity Touch Control Wi --Fi
bundle to ease connection of the Infinityr SystemtoahomeLAN.
If you or the homeowner encounter problems with Wi--Fi or network connections,
please call 1--800--CARRIER for support with the installation and setup of the
Wireless Access Point, connection of the Infinityr Control to the Wireless Access
Point, or connection of the Infinity System to the web applications. Verify that
Internet connections to other devices in the home are operating properly before
calling for support for Internet problems. If other d evices in the home d o not have
Internet connection, disconnect the Wireless Access Point from the home LAN. If
the Internet problems persist with other devices in the home, the homeowner should
contact their Internet Service Provider.
The ability to remotely access and adjust the settings of the Infinityr Touch Control
with the MyInfinity web and mobile applications is dependent on the compatibility
of the user’s computer/network or mobile device, the Infinity Touch Control, and/or
the MyInfinity web server with, and the availability of, the user’s internet service
