1.Remove any unary operator other than minus (-) and modify the
equation as appropriate, if possible.
2.The binary operator can not be */, DIG, <<, >> or REV.
3.VARIABLE and VALUE must not be a nibble variable.
Example:
BS2: Result = ~%0001 + 16
BS1: b0 = %1110 + 16
