K. Special Features (Field Installed):
Electronic Programmable Thermostat- Thermostat shall be commercial grade and
shall provide 7-day, 4-event scheduling. Integral sub-base shall be included. Thermostat
shall also provide 3-speed fan switchover capability, air sweep auto changeover, and shall
not require a battery to retain memory.
Filter Rack Package
– A fully assembled 2” Filter Rack and 1” T.A.W. filter with side access
Multi-zone Adapter
– Duct collars, internal insulation, and mounting holes. (3) Outlets for 024,
(5) outlets for the 036, and (6) outlets for the 048
Electric Heat Package
– Pre-assembled electric strip heat packages
Boot Diffuser
– Ceiling mounted grille for duct terminations (see 35BD-2PD for details)
Return Air Filter Grille Package
– (2) 20” x 20” Painted Filters
Return Air Plenum Package
– A plenum to connect the Return air grille to the unit
