If any of the original wire furnished must be replaced, it must be replaced with type 90 deg C or
its equivalent.
Wire in accordance with National Electric Code (NEC) and any local codes.
Transformer is thermally protected and will reset automatically.
Indoor fan motors have internal thermal protection.
The Compressor Lockout switch will lock out the compressor to prevent short cycling on the
compressor overloads and safety devices. Before replacing the Compressor Lockout check the
other devices. Minimum one amp turn required to hold contacts closed.
Heating contactor energizes electric heater in fan coil. Heater requires separate power source for
electrical power.
A jumper wire must be installed between the Y1 and O terminals on the terminal board to activate
the condensate pump. If the jumper is not installed the float switch will keep the unit from
operating.
