General information and characteristics IMPORTANT: Read this manual carefully before using the appliance. In case of main power supply failure, the autonomous operation of the Room Controller is maintained for up to 2 hours. S Pay special attention to maintaining a comfortable room temperature above all for children and elderly or handicapped persons. S For correct use the conditioner must only operate at the temperatures indicated in the “Operating Limits” table included in the Technical manual.
Normal Operation POWER UP All segments of the LCD should be energized for five seconds. The mode, fan, louver, desired temperature and configuration information should be read from the EEPROM. Normal Operation FAN ONLY Mode: ICONS Energized: S Room Temperature if configured for Room Thermistor Override (operated by Room Controller), otherwise nothing. Auto mode setting will be displayed by blinking the fan Medium speed and High speed icons in order (Med then Hi then repeat). Low Medium S High S Automatic Fan speed will automatically switch to the value required for optimum comfort. When this function is activated, the dotted symbols will flash.
