Disconnecting the Combiner Assembly From the mm-Wave Module
The mm-wave (waveguide) modules can be used stand-alone for 67 to 110 GHz high power W-band (WA-10)
waveguide measurements.

Refer to Figure 3-9. To use the mm-wave modules without the combiner assembly, disconnect the combiner
assembly (item 2) from the mm-wave (waveguide) module (item 1) using this procedure:
1. Loosen the four waveguide screws (item 3).
2. Remove the four screws (item 4) and the bracket (item 5).
3. Reverse the process to reassemble.
NOTE Do NOT switch modules. Combiner must be reassembled to the mm-wave module in which it
was originally installed.
4. Perform an Operator’s Check after reassembly to test for power holes, etc.
