Introduction
Overview
Prompt Identifier
When you initiate a CLI session it will open in the User Mode, which is clearly indicated by the ">"
prompt. At any time you can quickly determine which mode you are in by the prompt (see table above).
User Mode
In the User Mode, the operator is allowed to view only limited information (not able to modify
configurations). Editing the Adit’s configuration requires you to be in the privileged mode, which
requires a password.
Privileged Mode
The Privileged Mode requires a password, and allows the operator to enter the Configuration mode.
