Precautions
DANGER! HIGH VOLTAGE SHOCK HAZARD. DO NOT WIRE CONNECTORS WHILE
POWER IS ON.
CAUTION! BOTH POWER CONNECTORS MUST BE WIRED AND CONNECTED TO
POWER SOURCES. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL DISABLE REDUNDANT SWITCHING FEATURES
AND MAY INTERRUPT SERVICE.
WARNING! POWER INPUT CONNECTORS ARE FOR –48V DC POWER ONLY.
Tools and Materials
NOTE: If the power connector is wired to a fuse panel, use a 5.0 Amp slow-blow fuse.
Obtain the following tools and materials:
Pliers, needle nose
Cutters, diagonal
Wire stripper, 16-26 AWG
Continuity tester
Volt-ohm meter
16 or 18 AWG insulated copper wire for power connections, as required by standard wiring
practices
