Troubleshooting
Capture and Send Logs

Capture Logs feature helps to capture Thuraya SatBridge logs and upload to cloud for support
center to help diagnose and resolve problem faster. When you observe a problem with Thuraya
SatBridge follow these steps to capture logs for trouble shooting
Getting Logs from Thuraya SatBridge
1. Connect the mobile device to SatBridge Wi-Fi and mobile LTE
2. Open the SatBridge App on your mobile device and the sign-in.
3. Go to Setting > About > Device Logs.
4. Tap capture logs and wait for process to finish. You must have up to 10 MB (TBD) space
on your mobile device
5. The SatBridge app will capture the logs from Thuraya SatBridge and store on the mobile
device.

Upload Logs
1. Disconnect mobile device from SatBridge Wi-Fi and connect to either through your
home Wi-Fi or LTE
2. Tap upload logs to send the logs to support center.
