This enables the user to retry the SOS.

NOTE: The location provided to emergency services will be the location of the
Thuraya SatBridge whether SOS was activated on SatBridge App or SatBridge
Terminal
The Thuraya SatBridge conserves power in SOS mode. The conservation depends on the power
source it is connected to. Below are items to note about how the Thuraya SatBridge manages
power during an SOS event.
NOTE: When the unit is in SOS mode, all temperature protections will be suspended
(operational, charge, and discharge protections) and the user can manually
intervene., if required
Connected to Power
When the Thuraya SatBridge is plugged in to an AC power outlet:
The SOS message will be sent every 15 minutes until it is acknowledged by GEOS.
The unit will continue to stay on the AC power.
Connected to Battery
When the Thuraya SatBridge Smart Terminal is on battery power:
5Ghz and USB charging are turned off.
