The internal batteries recharge when connected to an AC power source, whether or not
the device is powered on. When the internal batteries are fully charged, the Thuraya
SatBridge stops charging the batteries.
If an external battery pack is connected, the power shall be drawn from the external
battery pack; internal battery power shall not be charged or discharged. Once the
external battery pack power is exhausted, power transitions to the internal battery
packs without interruption.
USB charging is provided through USB port on the front of Thuraya SatBridge when
Thuraya SatBridge is connected to an AC power source or internal batteries until they
are above 80% charge. You can connect mobile devices for USB charging

Care and Maintenance for Thuraya SatBridge Smart Terminal
The cable between the Satellite Antenna and the Wi-Fi Hotspot should be removed
when transporting the Thuraya SatBridge.
Avoid placing your Thuraya SatBridge close to cigarettes, open flames, or any heat
source.
Use only a soft damp cloth to clean your Thuraya SatBridge.
To avoid impaired Wi-Fi Hotspot performance, ensure your terminal’s antenna is not
damaged or covered with foreign material like paint or labelling.
