The cable between the Satellite Antenna and the Wi-Fi Hotspot should be removed
when transporting the Thuraya SatBridge.
Avoid placing your Thuraya SatBridge close to cigarettes, open flames, or any heat
source.
Use only a soft damp cloth to clean your Thuraya SatBridge.
To avoid impaired Wi-Fi Hotspot performance, ensure your terminal’s antenna is not
damaged or covered with foreign material like paint or labelling.
When inserting the SIM, do not bend the SIM or damage its contacts in any way. When
connecting the interface cables, do not use excessive force.
Avoid exposing your Thuraya SatBridge to extreme hot or cold temperatures.
The Thuraya SatBridge satellite antenna may be tilted up to 90 degrees to point to the
Thuraya satellite. Extending the satellite antenna beyond 90 degrees would likely
damage the hinge or electrical connections within
The front cover protects the SatBridge power, DC, SOS connectors etc. When not in use,
it is recommended to put the cover back in place. Ensure that the connector is free from
any foreign matter
The SIM cover must be firmly closed at all times. Avoid exposure to liquid or moisture as
it can damage the internal electronic circuits
For uninterrupted use, avoid using Thuraya SatBridge beyond its specified operating
temperature (refer to Product Specifications)
Only use the provided AC Plug Pack and recommended accessories with the device.
Damage caused by unapproved accessories may void the warranty
Make sure to store the Thuraya SatBridge in a cool, dry place. Do not charge below
freezing. The battery will only charge within the battery-charging temperature (0C and
45C)
