Products that are produced in Canada or Mexico comply in all respects with the Buy American requirements of the
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and the interim regulations and administrative guidance promul-
gated thereunder, for federal projects with a total contract value in excess of $7.443 million.
*Products produced in Mexico and Canada may comply with ARRA Buy American requirements for state and local
ARRA-funded projects. Requirements vary by state and agency. Check contract solicitation documents to confirm
