The ARENA is a Web based LON Workstation for small and medium size systems. It allows a maximum
of 4 local sites and in addition the remote access to CentraLine systems through LAN or modem.
Furthermore it is possible to operate the ARENA with a browser on a client PC and this requires not
further software.
Together with the configuration tool COACH and CARE, all system specific data is accessible locally
and remotely. All CentraLine based control systems for e.g. room temperature, supply temperature,
boiler temperature, and air humidity applications can be operated and monitored with ARENA.
The ARENA license includes a graphic editor, which can create a completely independent graphic user
interface for non-technical users.
• Lowest engineering effort due to plug and play functionality, automatic detection of all CentraLine
(LON) devices within one domain. Automatic detection of C-Bus devices with the new C-Bus
interface.
• Includes graphic editor with library of drawing symbols for the creation of system graphics, graphic
navigation, and operation pages.
• Operation and monitoring of 4 local and up to 100 remote systems.
• Operation independent from remote software. The ARENA remote function does not need extra
software. Only the Microsoft(R) Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher is required on the client PC.
• Advanced building management features: powerful alarm and alarm routing functions (printer, e-
mail, other ARENAs, history files, statistics), enhanced graphical trending with customizable display
and export into MS Excel. Automatic database management with additional plugin 'scheduled
export'.
• Sophisticated user privileges, with individual access, visibility and operation rights.
• Openness: LON based system. Trends data export for other energy management software suites.
