TERMS OF SALE
Terms: Net 30 Days
Freight: All shipments are F.O.B., 126 Bailey Road, North Haven, Connecticut. Risk of loss beyond that point is buyers responsibility.
Carlin will pay for freight on orders of $1,500 or more shipped to a single location within the contiguous United States. Carlin will not
pay for special or premium shipping.
Minimum Orders: $20.00
Returns: Factory authorization is required prior to any return, and the return must be made within sixty (60) days of such authorization.
Merchandise to be returned must be shipped freight prepaid. Non-warranty returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Claims: Claims for shortage or error in shipment must be made within ten (10) days of receipt. Claims for damage or loss in transit
must be made directly to the delivering carrier.
Prices: Prices herein supersede all previous prices and are subject to change without notice. All orders will be billed at the price in
effect at the time the order is received by Carlin. Orders specifying delivery dates beyond standard lead times will be billed at prices
in effect at the time of shipment.
The above terms are supplemental to terms stated on Carlin invoices.
