DPWL Refrigerant Gas Leak Detector
For the detection of CFC, HFC and CO
2
refrigerant gases, CAREL proposes a new range of sensors designed to satisfy all
requirements in the fields of industrial refrigeration and air conditioning (supermarkets, shopping centres, other public spaces)
on units that require continuous control and monitoring, notifying the system status in order to limit the problems caused by gas
leaks.
The sensors are calibrated to measure the most commonly used gases (R22, R134a, R404a, R407c, R410a and CO
2
). When
leaks above a certain concentration are detected, the sensor sends a signal to the controller or supervisor it is connected to.
The main features are:
- Available with built in or remote sensor.
- RS485 Modbus connection fitted.
- 24Vac digital relay fitted.
- Analogue outputs available: 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, 2-10V and 4-20mA.
- Local alarm with audible buzzer and red LED light
- CO
2
