1. Securely re-plug the USB coordinator
into the facility server. If the original USB
coordinator cannot be located, obtain one
from the spares kit.
2. Call 1-855-885-CARE after plugging
the coordinator back into the facility
server.
Communicate to customer support
whether the original coordinator was
located or whether one was acquired from
the spares kit. This will ensure the proper
network assignment.
