7.3b LISTENING TO MUSIC VIA A2DP
BASIC FUNCTIONS Available only on AVRCP compatible Bluetooth
audio sources
Play Press and hold the MP3 Button for 2 seconds
Pause/Stop Press and hold the MP3 Button for 2 seconds
Forward Press and hold the Volume Up Button for 2 seconds
Rewind* Press and hold the Volume Down Button for 2 seconds
*With some phones you may need to repeat this action
SWITCHING BETWEEN A2DP AUDIO SOURCES
If a Music Player is paired, the scala rider G9 will use it as the
default A2DP audio source.
1. Stop the music playback from the current device.
2. Start music playback from the other device.
7.4 CABLECONNECTED MP3 PLAYERS
7.4a CONNECTING YOUR MUSIC PLAYER VIA THE AUX
The AUX Line-in Port is used to connect a non-Bluetooth audio
source with a 3.5 mm–⁄” stereo jack using the enclosed cable.
AUX Line-in Port
1. Verify that the scala rider G9 is turned ON and in Standby
mode (single BLUE ash every 3 seconds).
2. Connect the MP3 cable to the Music Player’s jack and insert
the other end of the cable into the AUX Line-in Port.

LISTENING TO MUSIC VIA THE AUX
To listen to music from a cable-connected device, operate the
Music Player using its buttons as usual (FF/REW/ PLAY/PAUSE).
8. FM RADIO
Your scala rider G9 includes a built-in FM radio with a 6
Preset memory and RDS (Radio Data System).
8.1 GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Turn on Radio Press and hold the Channel “B” button for 2 seconds
Turn o Radio Press and hold the Channel “B” button for 2 seconds
Preset stations can be saved via the Cardo Community platform
online conguration tool or directly from your G9 device.
