Smartgauge™ battery status indicator
The green LEDs display the capacity of
the battery. With use, the LEDs turn o
as battery capacity decreases. When
the green LEDs turn o and the red LED
lights, replace the battery.
Shock button (semi-automatic model
only)
◆ Lights red when the AED is ready to
deliver a debrillation shock.
◆ Press to deliver therapy to the patient.
Service indicator
Lights when the AED detects a need for
maintenance or service.
Debrillation pads indicator
Lights when the pads are:
◆ improperly connected to the AED
◆ cold, dried, or damaged
◆ detached from the patient during a rescue
