v. Once the trigger is released, the trigger nose comes up and holds the hammer back.
NOTE
Pulling the trigger to the rear and holding it back again will fire another three-round
burst. This will continue until the magazine is empty. However, the trigger must be
released between each burst.

STOWAGE
NOTE
Prior to stowing the weapon in arms room, perform steps 1 through 4.
1. Clear weapon. Refer to TM 9-1005-319-10.
2. Place selector lever in SEMI position.
3. Pull trigger. Hammer should fall.
4. Close ejection port (dust) cover.
5. Place weapon in rack.
