4 Preparation at the touch of a button
To ensure that the Professional Cappuccino Frother works perfectly,
you should rinse and clean it regularly. The description for this can
be found in Chapter 6, ‘Maintenance – Professional Cappuccino
Frother’.
To obtain a perfect water flow, attach the exchangeable hot water
nozzle. You can find the nozzle under the cover of the storage
compartment.
There is a danger of scalding from hot water splashes.
l Avoid direct contact with the skin.
Start by exchanging the nozzle:
l Carefully remove the Professional Cappuccino Frother from
the Connector System

l Open the cover of the storage compartment. Take out the
hot water nozzle and close the cover again.
l Stick the hot water nozzle onto the Connector System

by
lightly rotating.
l Place a cup under the hot water nozzle.
q l Press the hot water button.
WATER appears on the display, and then the pre-set tem-
perature briefly appears.
The pre-set amount of water flows into the cup and the
process stops automatically.

o By pressing the hot water button several times (within approx.
2 seconds) you can set the temperature to your individual
preference. This setting is not saved.
o During preparation, you can change the amount by turning
the Rotary Switch.
