CLEANING
All the enamelled parts must be cleaned with a sponge and soapy water or other non-
abrasive products.
Dry preferably with a soft cloth.
Acidic substances like lemon juice, tomato sauce, vinegar etc. can damage the enamel if
left too long.
STAINLESS STEEL, ALUMINIUM PARTS AND SILK-SCREEN PRINTED SURFACES
Clean using an appropriate product. Always dry thoroughly.
IMPORTANT: these parts must be cleaned very carefully to avoid scratching and abra-
sion. You are advised to use a soft cloth and neutral soap.
CAUTION: Do not use abrasive substances or non-neutral detergents as these will
irreparably damage the protective surface.
OVEN DOOR AND DRAWER
The internal glass of the oven door can be easily removed for cleaning by unscrewing the
two lateral fixing screws (fig. 8.2).
The drawer (fig. 8.3) comes out like a normal drawer.
Attention: Do not store flammable material in the oven, or the accessory drawer.
