PROBLEM SUGGESTION
No Power Check wall outlet and back of unit to make sure power adapter is securely plugged in at both ends.
No Volume Check Volume Control to make sure it is not set at lowest level.
Poor Reception Try different locations for the radio within your home or business to improve reception,
adjust antenna and/or or add additional external antenna (sold separately).
No Response to Alerts Make sure correct S.A.M.E codes have been programmed.
Check to make sure your local broadcast tower is in service.
