ASSEMBLY 6 MODEL NO. 168-0047-2 WARNING! Do not tighten screws until you have completed assembly. Step 1 Requires C, D, E, F, 2 Fasten the UPPER RIGHT END (D) to the LOWER RIGHT END (F). Use four BLACK 1/2” MACHINE SCREWS (2). Fasten the UPPER LEFT END (C) to the LOWER LEFT END (E). Use four BLACK 1/2” MACHINE SCREWS (2). 2 These holes must be here. D C F 2 E These holes must be here.
Step 2 Requires 2, 3, 4, D, F, G, H Fasten the BRACES (G) to the RIGHT ENDS (D and F). Use eight BLACK 1/2” MACHINE SCREWS (2). Do not tighten SCREW (2) at this time. Fasten the BOTTOM BRACES (H) to the LOWER RIGHT END (F). Tighten two BLACK 1/2” HEX HEAD SCREWS (3) with the L-WRENCH (4).
ASSEMBLY 8 MODEL NO. 168-0047-2 Step 3 Requires 2, 3, 4, C, E Fasten the BRACES (G) to the LEFT ENDS (C and E). Use eight BLACK 1/2” MACHINE SCREWS (2). Do not tighten SCREW (2) at this time. Fasten the BOTTOM BRACES (H) to the LOWER LEFT END (E). Tighten two BLACK 1/2” HEX HEAD SCREWS (3) with the L-WRENCH (4).
ASSEMBLY 9 Step 4 Requires 1, A, B, I, J Fasten the SHELVES (A, B, I, and J) to the BRACES (G) and ENDS (C, D, E, and F). Use thirty-two BLACK 1-3/8” FLAT HEAD SCREWS (1). Tighten all SCREWS. 1 A hole should be on the top surface of the TOP SHELF. Tighten these screws. C A G Tighten these screws.
ASSEMBLY 10 MODEL NO. 168-0047-2 Step 5 Requires 98 Carefully stand your unit upright. Use the FURNITURE TIPPING RESTRAINT KIT (98) for added stability. Fasten the strap to the top surface of the TOP SHELF (A) using the short screw as shown. Place your unit in its final location against a wall. Locate the centre of a stud in your wall near your unit and mark it with a pencil. Next, drill a 1/8” hole on the mark and into the stud in your wall. Fasten the unit to the wall.
• Check all screws and nuts periodically for tightness, fastening them again as required. • This product is intended for domestic indoor use only • The product should be placed on a flat horizontal surface. • Arrange necessary manpower when assembling or moving the product. • Do not push furniture, especially on a carpeted floor. Have someone help you lift heavy items and set it in place. • Clean with your favourite furniture polish or a damp cloth. Wipe dry. Dimensions (W x D x H) 84 x 40 x 202.

ASSEMBLAGE 18 NO DE MODÈLE 168-0047-2 AVERTISSEMENT! Ne pas serrer les vis jusqu’à ce que l’assemblage soit terminé. Étape 1 Nécessite les pièces C, D, E, F et 2 Fixez le CADRE SUPÉRIEUR DROIT (D) au CADRE INFÉRIEUR DROIT (F). Utilisez 4 VIS MÉCANIQUES NOIRES 1/2 PO (2). Fixez le CADRE SUPÉRIEUR GAUCHE (C) au CADRE INFÉRIEUR GAUCHE (E). Utilisez 4 VIS MÉCANIQUES NOIRES 1/2 PO (2). 2 Ces trous doivent être ici. D C F 2 E Ces trous doivent être ici.
Étape 2 Nécessite les pièces 2, 3, 4, D, F, G et H Fixez les RENFORTS (G) aux CADRES DROITS (D et F). Utilisez 8 VIS MÉCANIQUES NOIRES 1/2 PO (2). Ne serrez pas trop les VIS (2) à cette étape. Fixez les RENFORTS INFÉRIEURS (H) au CADRE INFÉRIEUR DROIT (F). Serrez 2 VIS À TÊTE HEXAGONALE NOIRES 1/2 PO (3) au moyen de la CLÉ COUDÉE (4).
ASSEMBLAGE 20 NO DE MODÈLE 168-0047-2 Étape 3 Nécessite les pièces 2, 3, 4, C et E Fixez les RENFORTS (G) aux CADRES GAUCHES (C et E). Utilisez 8 VIS MÉCANIQUES NOIRES 1/2 PO (2). Ne serrez pas trop les VIS (2) à cette étape. Fixez les RENFORTS INFÉRIEURS (H) au CADRE INFÉRIEUR GAUCHE (E). Serrez 2 VIS À TÊTE HEXAGONALE NOIRES 1/2 PO (3) au moyen de la CLÉ COUDÉE (4).
ASSEMBLAGE 21 Étape 4 Nécessite les pièces 1, A, B, I et J Fixez les TABLETTES (A, B, I et J) aux RENFORTS (G) et aux CADRES (C, D, E et F). Utilisez 32 VIS À TÊTE PLATE NOIRES 1 3/8 PO (1). Serrez toutes LES VIS. 1 Il devrait y avoir un trou sur le dessus de la TABLETTE DU HAUT. Serrez ces vis. C A G Serrez ces vis.
ASSEMBLAGE 22 NO DE MODÈLE 168-0047-2 Étape 5 Nécessite la pièce 98 Soulevez soigneusement votre meuble à la verticale. Utilisez la TROUSSE ANTI-BASCULEMENT POUR MEUBLES (98) pour plus de stabilité. Fixer la sangle sur le dessus de la TABLETTE DU HAUT (A) à l’aide de la vis courte, tel qu’illustré. Placez votre meuble à son emplacement final contre un mur. Repérez le centre d’un montant mural près de votre meuble et marquez son emplacement avec un crayon.
• Vérifiez tous les écrous et les vis périodiquement pour voir s’ils sont bien serrés, et resserrez-les au besoin. • Cet article est conçu exclusivement pour un usage résidentiel à l’intérieur. • Cet article doit être placé sur un sol plat. • Prévoyez la main-d’œuvre nécessaire pour assembler ou déplacer l’article. • Ne poussez pas les meubles, surtout sur un plancher recouvert de tapis.
