Helpful Tips:
To avoid damage to your furniture, please use either the cardboard carton the item came in or any other
soft surface to prevent product scratches during assembly.
If a product needs to be assembled, keep screws, bolts or nuts loosely tightened until all sides are
completed. Once all have been loosely assembled, then it is okay to tighten each one. This will allow for
better alignment of assembly holes. If you tighten one side first, it may cause assembly holes to not
align or gap.
Care and Maintenance:
Proper care and maintenance will help prolong the life of your set. We recommend that you cover your
furniture for long periods of unuse or strong weather. Keep cushions free of debris will help prevent any mildew
or staining. Do not use any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials on the patio furniture, use warm water, mild
soap, and a soft cloth.
FramesMost metal outdoor furniture is finished with paint, varnish, or powder-coating to prevent rust. While
aluminum frames do not rust, they can oxidize which will cause pitting and dulling of the finish. As an added
layer of protection, frames can be treated with liquid wax which will further guard against UV rays as well as
salty, damp air. Store furniture in an upright position to prevent water from building up in the frames as this will
cause corrosion or freeze damage in colder climates.
Outdoor FabricsSeat cushions come in a variety of fabrics that are outdoor rated (good-polyester, better-
olefin, best-acrylic). Most fabrics are stain, fade, mildew and water-resistant. Most of our cushions are acrylic
fabric (meaning less maintenance) and have zippered closures. The cushion covers can then be machine washed
(cold gentle cycle only) or spot cleaned, but do NOT put in dryer to avoid shrinking. The cushion insert can also
be rinsed with a hose or warm water, then lay on its side allowing it to drip dry before replacing the covers. DO
NOT use any bleach or solvents as these will void the warranty.
All-Weather Wicker WeaveOur wicker is made of resin meaning it is meant for outdoors with minimal
maintenance. Do not use any abrasive materials as it may chip the color off the wicker. In most cases, a soft
cloth can be used to wipe off dirt and debris.
