If video does not appear:
When [Connecting to server. . . ] dialog box does not disappear,
communication with the stream server has failed. Check the installation
procedure and settings thus far. Pay particular attention to the following.
1. Use the [Server configuration tool] and check that the stream server
service (MeSrv) is running.
2. Check that the dongle is attached to a USB port of the server computer
and that the dongle's LED is lit.
