[8] From the tree, click [DCM], and then double-click [FTP Authorization Rules].
[9] Right-click [All Users], and click [Edit].
[10] Select the [Read] and [Write] check boxes, and click [OK].
[11] Close [Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager].
