NTP server Enables/Disables time correction utilizing the NTP server.
When [Use NTP server] is checked, specify the NTP server
(server name or IP address) to be used, and the intervals at
which to apply time corrections.
Language Specifies the language to display on the HDMA-4000.
Remote logging Enables/Disables remote logging. When enabled, specify
the logging host (host name or IP address).
Boot mode Choose the boot mode of the HDMA-4000 from the Schedule
or Serial control. Once the HDMA-4000 has started, the
operation mode can be changed with the command
(“argPO”) from a serial control device.

checking on
bootup
Disables/Enables internal drive checking at start-up of the
HDMA-4000. When enabled, it may take additional time
before the HDMA-4000 starts up.

spindown time
Specifies the time duration before stopping the internal
HDD when it has not been accessed. (Once the HDD has
been stopped, it may take some time to start the next
playback.)
UPS mode Specifies the operation mode (operating duration after
power has been lost, or operating duration based on the
remaining battery) while the OMRON uninterruptible power
supply system (BX30F/BX50F) is being used. When [Battery
time] or [Battery left] is selected, the HDMA-4000 is
shutdown, based on the specified value.
When power is supplied to several HDMA-4000 units from
a UPS system, with the group name specified, the HDMA-
4000 units will be shut down, based on the status of the
power supply.
(Because a network is being used, a HUB has to be
connected to the UPS system.
Network drive Specifies the network name (E.g.: \\hdma-svr\data1), user
name, and password for the network drive.
