Congratulations on your recent shed purchase! Please review our tips below to make your assembly experience
as seamless as possible. Requirements will vary across manufacturers, so please consult your product manual
for detailed instructions specic to your shed. We recommend keeping a copy of this document for future
reference.

1. Enlist a Friend or Two: Most units are easier to assemble with the help of 2 or 3 people, so
make sure you have established your assembly team
2. Grab Your Safety Gear: Safety rst! Always wear safety gloves and goggles while building
your shed
3. Lay Out All Parts: Ensure you have all of the parts listed in your assembly guide. Many nd it
easiest to group parts for each section together to help the assembly process run smoothly
Prior to beginning assembly, follow the instructions below to ensure you are fully ready to start the
process.
Many manufacturers suggest using the tools below, so check your guide and have these handy if
needed!
1. Hex key - Secures bolts and screws that have hexagonal sockets in their heads
2. Carpenter square - Establishes 90 degree corners and perpendiculars during assembly,
allowing for proper alignment
3. Level - Ensures a level foundation for your shed(many cell phones have this built in
capability!)
