z Images are refreshed at a slow rate.

• Depending on various conditions such as when the settings of video capture size or

quality are specified to a high level at the camera server, or when the network is

busy, refreshing of the images may take time.

z Cannot establish a dial-up connection.

• Check the dial-up entry in Pocket PC to see if it is registered correctly (ÆP. 13).

• When dial-up connection is established from other applications installed in your

Pocket PC terminal, connection cannot be established from the viewer.

• Depending on the radio wave conditions, connection may not be established using a

wireless LAN card.
