Initial Preparations Inserting the Battery Pack and Memory Card 1 Open the cover. (2) zz Slide the cover (1) and open it (2). (1) 2 Insert the battery pack. zz Holding the battery pack with the (1) (2) terminals (1) facing as shown, press the battery lock (2) in the direction of the arrow and insert the battery pack until the lock clicks shut. zz If you insert the battery pack facing the wrong way, it cannot be locked into the correct position.

Display Language Change the display language as needed. 1 Enter Playback mode. zz Press the [ ] button. 2 Access the setting screen.
