Register face information.
Aim the camera so that the face of the
person you want to register is inside the
gray frame at the center of the screen.
A white frame on the person’s face
indicates that the face is recognized.
Make sure a white frame is displayed on
the face, and then shoot.
If the face is not recognized, you cannot
register face information.
After [Register?] is displayed, touch [OK].
The [Edit Prole] screen is displayed.

Register the person’s name and
birthday.
Touch the name text box to access the
keyboard, and then enter the name

To register a birthday, on the [Edit Prole]
screen, touch the birthday text box.
Touch an option to choose it.
Touch [
][ ] to specify the date.
When nished, touch [
].
Registering Face ID Information
You can register information (face info, names, birthdays) for up to 12
people to use with Face ID.

Access the setting screen.
Touch [ ], touch [ ], and then
touch [Face ID Settings] on the [ ] tab
to choose it (

Touch [Add to Registry].
Touch [Add a New Face].
